The Department of Health Science and Technology at Aalborg University was founded in 1978 and has been growing steadily ever since. The department has over 280 employees (230 scientific staff) with a broad research focus.

The bachelor’s degree program in physiotherapy is a 3½- year fulltime-study. The Department of Physiotherapy has approximately 500 students with 140 graduating every year.

IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi is a research hospital that provides high quality and volume of orthopaedic care to the Italian population through an agreement with the Italian National Health Service. The hospital provides yearly more than 12000 surgical procedures largely consisting on high complexity ones. IOG employs more than 4000 workers and co-workers who cover a wide spectrum of tasks that require musculoskeletal effort and thus are exposed to physiological MSK wear and injury….

INP Formación is a centre created in 1998, dedicated to the training of workers and unemployed in various families or training areas such as health, information technology, occupational risk prevention, agricultural and livestock and languages. Currently has an average workforce of 8 workers (administrative, teaching and computer) to which we add more than 250 external teachers who teach at the centre at any given time depending on the courses organized….
